Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason (change of mind). The item should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom items, or items damaged due to customer misuse after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you (including return shipping in such cases).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at service@baiyinginc.com with your order number and reason. Once your return request is approved, we will email you the return shipping address and specific instructions.

To ensure the address is correct and to receive specific shipping instructions (including any required labels or notes), please wait for our confirmation email before shipping the item back.

Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. The return shipping fee paid by the customer will not be refunded (except for damaged or defective items, where we cover the cost).

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Only the original shipping fee (if paid) will be refunded.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, please mention it in your email. Exchanges will be processed after we receive the returned item. Return shipping for exchanges remains the customer's responsibility (except for defective items).
